| Characteristics and usage: | self-crosslinking type of binder, good compatibility with various pigments, not yellowing at high temperature, no fouling or clogging in practice, good stability of color paste, low formaldehyde content, can meet export requirements, suitable for pigment printing of various fabrics. | |
| Application methods: | mixed with pigment, thickener and water for paste with stirring, followed by printing, drying and curing at 150 ¡æfor 3minutes or 170-180¡æ for 30 seconds. Adding 10-15% crosslinker (ratio to binder) in paste can impart better color fastness. If dosage of pigment is 5-8%, adding 15-30% binder, for printing pale shade, decrease the binder dosage. | |
