5.Fabrication:

Our Technical Administrators and Document Controllers transfer all electronic data to our fully-automated workshop for fabrication to begin. This process eliminates human error and ensures that a quality product is delivered to site in erectable ‘lots’ of steelwork. We also apply all surface treatment requirements, whether it be primer paint, or intumescent coatings in our workshop or subcontracted galvanised coatings. We will deliver steelwork, either on our own articulated vehicles, or by trusted transport companies in planned erectable loads on a just-in-time basis.

 

6.Skylight Panels

Skylight panels are transparent plastic fiber material, fixed on the roof or wall for natural lightning. Skylights are available in variable thickness. The profile of skylight should match exactly with sheeting profile.
