SX-FQJ-1100B paper slitting machine is a slitting machine specially designed for large coil.

Suitable for cutting nonwovens, double-sided adhesive, BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, PVC, film, paper, etc.

 

There are four machine models to choose from, including 1100mm, 1400mm and 1600mm 1700mm (can also be customized according to material width).

 

At present, our company has customized a variety of widths for our customers, and the maximum width is up to 3200mm.

The machine adopts pneumatic automatic feeding (shaftless feeding is optional) the maximum winding speed of the motor can reach 400m\ min.

 

The rewinding adopts A.B key type inflatable shaft to balance the force, which is suitable for items with heavy mechanical rewinding capacity. Standard 3 inches (6 inches optional).

 

Chain unloading 4 slides staff can save effort and worry when unloading.

The winding length can be freely set to meet your various length needs.

With a circular knife, the large roll material can be cut into any width to rewind at the same time.

Optional straight knife or air knife

 

straight knife is suitable for thinner material cutting, so that the flatness of the film edge can be guaranteed and the service life can be extended. Straight knife is recommended when the thickness is less than 130um.

 

Air knife is suitable for non-woven, hot air cloth, hot rolled cloth, needle punched cloth, plastic film, these relatively thin and soft materials.
