1.What type of fabric is used?

Textilene, Polyester are most common fabrics used on our furniture. Textilene will have different weaving type such as 4*4, 2*1 and 1*1, which affect the fabric cost. Sunbrella or branded fabrics are also available for more options.

2.Is your furniture tested for stablity to meet the market requirement?

Yes, as per each market requirement, the furniture is tested and meet the market requirement, such as BSEN-581 and fire retardant of fabric for UK market.

3. What is you MOQ for your furniture?

Due to there is MOQ for fabric, usually 1000meters is MOQ for one specific color, any order less than MOQ, similar color or stock fabric would be available for options.

Care and Maintenance instruction

1.This product is made to a high standard and it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.  Please follow the Care and Maintenance Instructions below to get the best out of your new purchase.

2. To maintain the original appearance as long as possible never use abrasive, acidic or caustic cleaning materials on any part of your furniture.  We recommend cleaning all surfaces with mild soapy water and soft cloth to remove dust and dirt.  Rinse with fresh clean water.  Spillages which are acidic or caustic in nature i.e. fizzy drinks, red wine, sauces, vinegar etc. should be cleaned immediately by blotting until dry with a soft absorbent cloth.  Do not wipe or spread the spillage.

3. Sun tan lotions, oils and other chemicals such as swimming pool chemicals can cause permanent discolouration to fabrics.  Avoid contact between your furniture and lotions and oils.  Immediately clean any area affected.  Avoid contact between cushion fabrics and pool chemicals, including chlorinated water.

4. Ensure that any moisture collected in frame tubes is drained out.  Cushions should be stored or covered when not in use to protect them from rain, sunlight, dust etc.  When not in use outdoors, it is advisable to cover all furniture to protect from sun, wind, rain frost, tree sap, bird droppings, dust, etc.
