Application

The solenoid valve is used for securing, limiting, shutting off and releasing gas supply to gas burners and gas appliances.

MVDLE/5

Gas safety shut off valve, normally when closed, slow opening, fast closing. Opening time adjust- ment with fast stroke range. Main volume adjustment.

Replacing hydraulic brake unit

1. Switch off firing system.

2. Remove locking varnish from countersunk screw A.

3. Unscrew countersunk screw A.

4. Unscrew socket head screw B.

5. Raise hydraulic brake C.

6. Exchange hydraulic brake C.

7. Screw in countersunk and socket head screw. Only tighten socket head screw so that hydraulic brake C can just

be turned.

8. Coat countersunk screw A with locking varnish.

9. Leakage test: Pressure tap at sealing plug 2:

MVD 2 …pmax.= 200/360 mbar

MVD 5 …pmax. = 500 mbar

10. Perform functional test.

11. Switch on fi ring system.

Matters needing attention

1. Work on the solenoid valve may only be performedby specialist staff.

2. Protect flange face clockwise tighten screw! No mechanical pressure is allowed during installation.

3. Donot all owany direct contact betweent hesole noidvalve and hardened masonry,concrete walls or floors.

4. Rated power and rated pressure should be regulated on the gas pressure regulator in principle. Features special throttling part via solenoid valve MVD... / 5

5. In principle, after the removal and installation of accessories Use a new seal ring.

6. Pipe lineleakage test:close ball valve up streamoffittings/MV…/4/ MV…/5.

7. After completing the maintenance and maintenance of the solenoid valve, the sealing and functional inspection shall be conducted.

8. There is gas pressure or in the presence of voltage, must not be operated, to avoid open fire, pay attention to the relevant public regulations.

9. Failure to pay attention to the operating procedures can lead to casualties and property losses.
